JAMES C. GLAVIN graduated from New York Law School in lower Manhattan, where he was a member of the Moot Court team.
After admittance to the New York State Bar in 2000, Mr. Glavin worked at the law firm of Berel and Mullen, Esqs., which was located at One World Trade Center (North Tower), New York, New York.
Following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Mr. Glavin remained with Berel and Mullen, Esqs., which relocated to 470 Park Avenue South in mid-town Manhattan.
While with Berel and Mullen, Mr. Glavin performed civil litigation defense work as outside counsel for numerous insurance companies, as well as for the New York City Transit Authority. He also performed contract law, formation of business organizations and estate planning (inclusive of Last Wills and Testaments, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies).
In 2006, Mr. Glavin began work as a general practitioner at Law Offices Glavin and Glavin, located in Waterford, New York.
Mr. Glavin is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Court, Northern District.
