JAMES HENRY GLAVIN IV, as a member of the New York State Bar, is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of New York. In addition, he is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts.
Mr. Glavin received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham, Mr. Glavin served as an editor on the Moot Court Board and International Law Journal.
As a litigator and an advocate, Mr. Glavin has taken on a wide array of cases including complex commercial litigation matters. Prior to working at Glavin and Glavin, he litigated many cases which resulted in substantial results for clients including:
