Mrs. Glavin started practicing with Glavin & Glavin in the fall of 2011. Previously, she practiced law at the New York City law firm of Hofheimer Gartlir & Gross, LLP as a litigation associate for five years. She handled a wide range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, directors & officers liability, property disputes, asbestos class actions, bankruptcy, and commercial and individual lease disputes. Mrs. Glavin appeared in both state and federal courts and litigated Supreme Court and Appellate Division cases.


Prior to joining Hofheimer, Gartlir & Gross, LLP, she was a litigation and real estate associate, working on foreclosure matters in New York City. During the summer of 2002, Mrs. Glavin worked for the New York City Law Department, Special Federal Litigation. In 2000, she also interned at the Supreme Court of the State of New York. From 1999 to 2001, Mrs. Glavin worked for the New York City Civil Service Commission, assisting in adjudication of cases with respect to the hiring of the New York City police officers, fire fighters, and corrections officers.  


Mrs. Glavin is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She has been a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York Women’s Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association and is currently a member of the Saratoga County Bar Association. 

 

Mrs. Glavin is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
